Many of you reading this may have been furloughed or at the very least you\u2019ll probably know someone who has.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Every furloughed worker may feel differently about the unfamiliar situation they\u2019ve found themselves in. Some may be worried about whether they will have a job to come back to. Others may feel that they are not valued enough in the organisation. Even those who might start off feeling relieved to have paid time off work, can end up with the novelty wearing off and feeling anxious from the significant time away from work.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>So what can you do to support your furloughed employees?\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Although furloughed employees cannot undertake any work, they can however undertake training.
