AI has been constantly improving the L&D space for years now, but 2020 is set to be a big year for AI in the learning industry. In fact, <\/span>a recent Oracle study found<\/span><\/a> that HR leaders believe AI will positively impact both L&D (27%) and performance management (26%) over the next two years.<\/span><\/p>\n

AI is set to make learning more personalised in 2020, enabling employees to access the most relevant information. AI will encourage intelligent learning platforms to become personalised learning environments where people can flourish.<\/span><\/p>\n

Self Directed Learning<\/b><\/h4>\n

Hand in hand with the AI developments, L&D is expected to see more self directed learning in 2020. User autonomy will become more widespread, with tailored learning environments that enable an individual to immerse themselves.<\/span><\/p>\n
